Alcohol Self-Test

This is a screening test designed to help you determine if you have a problem with alcohol. Read through the following questions about your use of alcoholic beverages during the past year. In the questions, a "drink" is defined as 10 oz. of beer, 4 oz. of wine, or 1.25 oz. of 80 proof liquor. Select the most appropriate answer for each of the questions.
